• On-site registration will be possible, but is not encouraged. We encourage payment by bank transfer by 31 July 2009, see below. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards.
• When registering as a student, please send confirmation of your student status to the organizers by 31 July 2009.
• In the case of cancellation before 1 September 2009, seventy percent of the fee will be refunded. No refund can be made after this date.
• The conference dinner and excursion are included in the registration fee.
